Latency Alerts to diff Location

Hi All
I am little new to this Monitoring division, i would appreciate if some on could help me with the below questions
I have a router pointing to two differnt circuit, one to US & other to europe, i would like to know the Latency from the same router towards US and Eurpoe is it possible if yes how can we configure the same

AFAIK you need an additional polling engine (quite costly) placed in US to do what you're asking for. With the Engineers edition toolset you can do Proxy Pinging, but it doesn't run as a service
