Missing Manage Custom Properties in Settings

Hello,

I have notice that my Manage Custom Properties option is missing from my settings.

I am logging in as a Administrator from the Web console remotely and from NPM server.

I have even deleted my original ID and recreated it.

Have not stopped and restarted services yet
