I am having an issue trying to configure an email source.
We have a third party tool, Commvault, that I have that can send an email to SolarWinds_Admin@mycompany.com
I see the email go into the inbox and it is deleted immediately. I do not see an alert generated.
I have tried sending the same email from my Exchange Account and the alert is generated no problem.
I have tried deleting all sources and sending the email but it is still deleted. I cannot seem to get an alert generated.
Has anyone had similar issues and know what the answer may be?
