Is there an app that will simulate SNMP date for a device that soes not support SNMP?

So I have a copy of NPM up and running. I also have a Verizon Actiontech router/gateway. This red and black turd on my desk seems to do everything except SNMP protocol. Does anyone know of and application or tool that will look at the data traversing this router and create SNMP traffic? I am doing a development project and would love to not spens hundreds of $$$ if I can get away with it.

If you wanted to see the break down of traffic you should attach it with Netflow supported switch or firewall only then  you can see what is been traversing through the port .

You can also configure custom bandwidth to the interface of switch to match what Verizon is assigned through ISP . So in this way you will have the Utilization and break down of traffic  passing through Verizon .  

I have a DSL router attached with WAN interface with Cisco ASA and have Netflow enabled on Cisco ASA and configured custom bandwidth on the ASA WAN interface 10 MBps

All i am monitoring my ASA and it tells me what is passing through .
