UnDP works in test but no data on Orion

I have created a UnDP to poll for the signal strength on one of our AirMux radio links. The OID wasn't in the SolarWinds MIB database so I looked up the OID manually and entered it in. In the UnDP program I have got to the point where I can assign it to my radio device and when I click 'test' it returns a value (in the format '-67' for signal strength).

When I configure web display it gives me the option of 'Chart' or 'Gauge'. Ideally i'd like a chart, but I have selected both just to see if I can get something to display.. but I just get 'No data for time period'.

At present, my 'Advanced Options' when I edit the poller is set to 'Raw Value', Format 'None' and 'GET'. I have historical data turned on and status set at enabled..

any ideas? I've tried playing around with the time frame for the display using the 'Edit' button for the chart in Orion but it doesn't change the outcome.

Today I upgraded to the latest NPM version and this seems to have resolved the issue.

How long did you wait after adding the chart? You will have to wait for two polling intervals.

It should poll every minute or so. It's been around 30-45 minutes now. If I click on 'Raw Data' or 'Chart Data' I just get a webpage or spreadsheet with the date and time (in one minute intervals) down the side with what I expect is the data column empty.

I am having this same problem with an OID that should return bandwidth transmitted and another one that returns received. Works when testing (in the assign pollers utility) but I can't get any data to show up on the node details chart. It's been a week since I created and applied the custom poller. I am running 10.2.2.

This is also my problem. I just upgraded to 10.6.1 but there is no data showing up on the undp charts.
