Fault: NPM:: Network Atlas - Unable to Resize Labels or Text Boxes

Hi,

Does anyone else have the issue that in Network atlas you are unable to resize labels or text boxes.

I have an old map created in 9.1 with pre-existing labels. These ones I can resize. However if I copy one of these or create a new one instead of the handles showing solid square boxes the are empty boxes and I am unable to resize the label.

I can say for sure not SP4, it is under consideration for next release, but no commitment at this time.

Hey Mate,

I will be honest it sounds odd to suggest that a feature that was present and working in the previous release and then discovered not to be working in the current release - (even though support kept insisting it was possible) sounds like a bug which is what SW have stated in previous comminications is what service packs are there to resolve. You also say that it is under consideration as if its some great feature request.

I hate sounding like the annoying customer who is pedantic but hope the majority of my posts are taken in a positive light. :-)
