Does anyone know a good syslog agent for the AS400?

We are looking to implement syslog on the AS400 but after configuring the syslogd utility it was not forwarding any messages. We logged a call with IBM and they could not figure out why either. Surprisingly, IBM does not support syslogd since it is not used very widely and recommends a third party agent.

It looks like the open source free version does not support AS/400, only the commercial fork (premium edition).

I have never had to install a syslog agent on AS/400 so I cannot give you a feedback on it.
