Upgrade NPM 8.51 to 9.5 and APM 1 to 2.5

Hi!!

I would llike to upgrade the Network Performance Monitor 8.5.1 to 9.5 and the Application Performance Monitor 1 to 2.5, and i want to know the steps to do it.

And what i have to take care beside the backup.

9.5 no longer support SQL 2000 and Windows 2000, so make sure your OS and DB are at correct levels
