Help with Creating a Outage Duration Report via a UnDP value

I am trying to create a Outage Duration Report based on a UnDP (Universal Device Poller) value.
The UnDP name = Accel_BackUP_BGP_PEER_Established and the RowID that I'm looking for would be equal to = 3

This tells me that if the UnDP Accel_BackUP_BGP_PEER_Established is equal to 3 that this particular device is on our BackUP network called ACCEL.

Each Node Device that we have is assigned to the UnDP.

My boss is asking for a report that would show how long each device was on there ACCEL BackUP per Month, Day.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
