SNMP Traps Alert Question

I have a question regarding setting up alerts for SNMP traps...I have one logging frequently for a Netscaler that keeps coming back after we fix it.

This is the trap message copied from NPM. How do I setup alerts for this properly? I am in the trap alerting application but from within the Conditions tab, I have no clue what to do.

If you right-click on the line, then go to Add Rule in the drop-down box, the condition "SNMPv2-MIB:snmpTrapOID is equal to IF-MIB:linkDown" will be automatically populated.  You can then add an Alert Action, like send an email or run a script.  I pass the message to a script, and then parse the message to create a customized alert.
