Advanced Alert - Please specify a complete trigger condition

I am getting the error "Please specify a complete trigger condition" on an Advanced Alert that is relatively simple.  The only thing I can think of is that I am changing the "Type of property to monitor" because the alert criteria is looking for an Application Status = Down and a Custom Property condition.  Does Solarwinds not allow multiple property types in one alert?

K, try starting over with the alert--in otherwords delete it and create a new one.  be sure to create the lines in the right place, it seems to me that when i use the drop down/up arrows i get the same mesage.  I just tried creating one which is how I waw your post and remembered this post from a few months ago: .  Starting over worked for me, also try adding one line at a time and clicking ok that may help you norrow down which confition is errouous.
