AIX Server CPU Utilization

I am using Orion to monitor around 75 AIX servers using the built-in AIX SNMP support and running 'hostmibd'. The OS versions are mostly AIX 5.2. We seem to be collecting most statistics welll However, the utilization shown for CPU load is around 10%-20% less than what is shown by 'topas' and 'nmon' on the same systems. (This does not appear to be related to the amount of CPU Wait time, as I had originally suspected). Has anyone else seen this CPU Load discrepency and if so, have you found a work-around?
