SWJobSchedulerSvc.exe what is it running and what does it have scheduled?

Is there a way to see what the SWJobSchedulerSvc.exe process is currently running and what it has scheduled? I am assuming this is possible since the process looks to be a scheduler of sorts unless I am misunderstanding.

What are you looking to get out of this data? This is internal communication to Orion of polling jobs etc.

Well, to be honest this was not my request; it was requested from one of my co-workers. I guess I took it to assume that it being a scheduler one might be able to see what is currently scheduled and what is executing. I guess a bit like looking at Windows Task Scheduler but with a lot more stuff going on (i.e. jobs getting scheduled, completing and then going away).

I guess I would like to see a log of the threads for each poll; the poll being initiated, getting executed, and how it completed (and why it failed in the event that it does). There was a log for this type of information on the old system I used that would allow me to do some debugging. Having this data for both NPM and APM would be nice.

I hope this makes sense as I realize this is probably coming across a bit unclear.
