If anyone from Solarwinds is reading this, the only thing that is working is your call tree. It puts you on hold after you make a selection, and then hangs up on you. Even pressing 0 for an operator hangs up on you.
I had this happen on a Sunday a few months ago, I waited so long I ended up leaving three separate voicemails.
I could not even leave a voicemail. Cisco call manager said there was no attendant and would hang up on me. Pretty terrible customer support when you do your upgrades on the weekend and have 4 products with issues that I still can't get resolved.
Backups and restores assist and usually resolve any immediate pressure you have when you've got a system down caused by an upgrade.
Do you have anything you can restore from before the upgrade?

Thank's Wendy. It is back up today and I am on the phone working the second of the 5 tickets resulting from things not working after the upgrade yesterday. Uggh.
