How to create Map Layer.

Good Morning

I try to create a Layer in my Network Atlas. Ex. I have the map of my State, but I have 3 Location on the Metro Area (3 group) and I want one Group in the map but how I can create a layer that when I Select Metro Area they open the map only for metro.

First, create each Metro map. Then drag each Metro map onto your State map and save it.

borgan is correct. I basically had to train myself to create the maps in the reverse order from what felt natural. Always start at the bottom and work your way up to the top.
