Renewal Maintenance Activation

Hi,

We recently got Activation key for renewing our registeration but procedure for renewal is not confirmed... this time Support from Solarwinds is too not good. Following with them from over 24 hrs. Please confirm, if anybody cn help me to cme out of dis.

So you need to understand what the procedure is for maintenance? One path is if you log into the Customer Portal and on the first page there is a button to renew your maintenance. If you need additional assistance, please let me know and I will have someone contact you personally

Hi bhopp,

Solarwinds updated below mentioned procedure to do same,

Log in to your customer portal at www.Solarwinds.com with your Solarwinds user ID & password using ALL CAPS and do NOT cut and paste.

On the Left side of your screen click on License Management. On the right side of the screen you will be able to see your product there for download.
Click on the orange download button of the product you want to download. Download and install it and your license key will automatically

but its big file to download and also procedure of after getting license key is not yet confirmed

please guide, if possible.
