I would like to know if the upgrade is free when we come from Orion 8.5.1 SP3 to go to the version 9 SP1 ?
What is the requierment in terms of licences, etc.

When you buy any SolarWinds product, it comes with a year of mainteance. After that there is a fee to continue maintenance. All customers with current maintenance get Support, all bug fixes, and all minor and major upgrades to the product. So, if you have current mainteance, then v9 is already available in your customer portal. If you're not current on maintenance, call customer service and they'll help you fix that.
