How can i create a new formula Transform Results in Universal device poller?

I have a poller to query optical power, but unit is uW not dBM, I don't known how to convert it to dBm.

How can i create a new formula Transform Results in Universal device poller to conver uW to dBm.

Hope you did look at the transformation results where the Formula needs to be entered.Looks like only predefined functions are available.

Could you provide the device details and the OID which you are referring.What kind of value is collected.
