Toolset integration question

Today be default, all of the toolset icons reflect the IPADDRESS. However we use NAT to get to our customers from the Orion network. My question is, we have a custom field that shows the REAL IP address of the systems on the customers network and I would like to have the customers being able to use the toolsets... thus can the toolset pointers all reflect this CUSTOM IP ADDRESS field instead of the IPADDRESS field?
