Location field from Velocloud Edge 5xx not pulling correct data

I am running NPM 12.0.1 and when I monitor VeloCloud Edge 5xx boxes the location field only pulls a city in most cases. Can anyone tell me what field on the Velo boxes NPM is pulling the location from as I need to get that field corrected to get the items to show in the correct place on the MAP.
