Can I alert on a server that isn't returning data from polls?

I had an issue with a 2016 server today that is monitored via an agent. The server showed up in Orion. The last data received was at 3:33pm, but it continued to show up after that. I checked, and it is set up under List Resources to use the agent as the status, so apparently the agent was responding, even though it was returning no data.

So, is there a way to do a simple of alert on a server that has not returned data in 15 minutes? or 2 polls? I am sure this is possible with a SQL query, but SQl is not my thing.

In the last couple releases there was an out of the box alert a name like node polling error or similar that does just that.

I came across similar case for agent monitored Linux server... but still trying to see how to catch it...
