Website Error - Menu not displaying after server reboot

It seems that every time the server that hosts our SolarWinds system the web site doesn't display the default menu choices.

check connection between your app and db server

Would if they were different servers. I only have 180 servers, I worked to confirm the system I build the app/db on was large enough. I pulled up all the tools that are included with the application, confirmed all the services are running, checked the db connection with their db tool. Thanks for your reply.
