Custom MIB Poller with new nodes

I am new to using the Custom MIB Poller, I've set one up to retrive the serial number for cisco devices. It works well expcept any new cisco devices that have been added since I orignally set up this MIB are not included.

Is there a way to set it up so that any new Cisco devices added will also be included in the Custom MIB Poller without me going into the settings and assigning the new nodes.
