How do I connect port based device?

Hi,

I have the below network topology and i like to monitor GWB using SolarWinds. I am searching a way to do that. Here is little explanation:

1. GW A has both external(12.X.X.X) and Internal IP address (192.168.X.X).

2. GW B has only Internal IP address(192.168.X.Y) and external port(46xxx).

3. GW A and GW B are internally connected and GW B behind the GW A and can be accessed only using https://12.X.X.X:46XXX which is combination of GW A external IP and GW B external port.

4. snmp manager like SolarWinds can access GW A and both snmp and ping work for GW A. But no idea how can I do the same for GW B?
