WMI Test Failing after Migrating to new Poller server

Recently migrated to a new server so we could upgrade our components. Monitoring all the existing servers is fine. I've been having issues adding new machines as WMI (they are windows).

The firewall on the destination is turned off. From the poller server I can use the WMI utility and poll the machines and enumerate the root object.

WMI can be controlled at a per host level, did you configure the polled server to allow WMI polls from the new poller, before you switched them over?

migration was fine.

I am adding new servers to monitor that were not previously monitored.

existing servers are monitored.

Your link takes me to a generic front page of support so not useful.

WMI is allowed.

I stated that connecting over WMI from the Windows WMI utility is successful.

Only solar winds test function has problem.

Did you set up your WMI account on your new Orion system? Under Settings, All Settings, then Credentials?
