Error adding SNMPv3 node

NPM v9.5.1

Trying to add a new snmpv3 node, and getting a popup window stating the following.

SNMP Validation Failed for node x.x.x.x - Error: SNMPv3 - Not in Time Window - The agent determined that the packet's timeliness was not within the threshold. Do another discovers to re-syncronize.

Anybody seen this, or ideas on how to fix? I have reset the password on the agent I am trying to add/manage.

Well not exactly sure what it all means, but I was able to add the node once I bounced the snmp daemon on the node I was trying to add. Weird...
