Is there a way to Have Orion NPM send out a keep alive alert every so often?

My Orion server is in a Blade Center and if the entire Blade Center were to go down I would not get any alerts.

Create an alert that Alerts you when Orion is up, then under Alert Escalation, have it resend the E-mail every 6-12 hours.
