I would like to display in web console Juniper RPM mibs like solarwinds display IP SLA

"Top 10 ICMP round trip time"

RPM reporting is not a feature of IP SLA Manager but is the results are stored in a mib on the Juniper device you may be able to retrieve them using a UnDP poller.

You could write some custom asp.net pages to do this, but you have to be skilled in this technology. We have no native tools to write these custom pages. If you can pull the same data via SNMP you can put it in a table with UnDP, but it won't look like the native resources
