Network Topology Resource

Question

I've just created a new team of NIC's on a server and LACP EtherChannel on the switch and run a discovery but when I look at the Network topology resource for the switch and server it only shows one of the interfaces in the team in the list, is this by design?

It would be really useful if the resource would display all the NIC's in the team with the interfaces they're patched to.

That would be great, because for example WLAN controllers and rack servers use port channels. I see it much more useful than VMWare ESX stuff (I don't even know what is it. I don't use it even when we have some vmware servers in network. I monitor switch ports, not servers NIC's).

That is an enhancement we will need to make to the discovery engine to recognize and understand etherchannels
