I'm very new to Solarwinds Orion and have trouble in integrating a 3rd party environmental sensor. Can anyone give me idea or maybe a procedure on how to do it?

which one is it specifically? Have you tried searching for it in thwack content exchange? Does the "sensor" allow you to query the environmental status via SNMP? If so, you can set up a custom poller using the universal device poller utility on the NPM server.
