How to Allow Port 17777 for the Additional Web Server

Hi,

Good day.

We are having issue on Upgrading additional Web server. Other additional web Servers were done successfully. All servers (NPM, NTA, PE and Additional Web Servers) are in the same network.

During the troubleshooting, it was found out the from NPM, we can telnet the 2 webservers using the port 17777 but not with the 3rd one.

How do we enable / allow this? Please advise.

Generally this would point to a windows or other software firewall issue. Try disabling the firewall completely (if possible) to troubleshoot.
