Upgrade APM 4.0.2 SP2 to SP4?

I am currently running APM 4.0.2 SP2 and want to upgrade to SP4. To do this do I need to install SP3 and then SP4 or does SP4 include the updates from SP3?

SP4 includes SP3. At least it better include SP3 and prior fixes since I don't have access to any of the earlier service parks in my portal.
