when discovering Network ,I can see some nodes
but the result is "No devices found"
Hi I logged a Support Case with Solarwinds and got the following advice back which done the trick
Can you please do a repair on your Orion Installation. How to Repair Solarwinds OrionPlease stop all Orion Services from the Orion Services Manager before running the repair. From the Control Panel1. Open Add/Remove Programs2. Solarwinds Orion Network Perfomance Monitor- RepairThen re-run the configuration wizard1. Start2. All Programs3. Solarwinds Orion4. Configuration and Auto-Discovery5. Configuration Wizard6. Repair Website, Database and Services. Repairing Orion will re-register all the files in the Orion install as well as replace any missing .dlls.

Did you find a solution to this, I'm seeing the same issue. 10 nodes discovered (10 ICMP responses, lots of SNMP), but no devices found on the next step.

Don't forget the step they never tell you about... re-apply any service packs after your repair.
I am suffering this issue... but we can't afford the continual downtime that SW insist on for any query we raise! Come on, tell us what's wrong, and stop fobbing people off with repairs, and expensive downtime (this wouldn't be so bad, if the services re-started in a timely manner, and didn't raise around 500 alerts on a restart, which our NOC have to investigate to confirm they are false positives!.
Re-install to me smacks of "we don't know why it happens, and aren't really interested in finding a proper solution".
While in the Network Sonar Discovery page. Look for the tab called Discovery Ignore List.
Open that and check to see if they are listed there. If they are then remove them.
