Different results shown in Report writer and web console

I have a number reports created in Report Writer that are made available in the Orion website

The results of these reports differ when viewed in 1)preview mode of Report Writer, 2)via the webconsole and 3)in the node details view

For example, a servers Average Availability for the previous month is shown as:

99.94% in Preview mode of report writer

98.832% in the Nodes view on NPM web console and

99.22% when viewing the Report in the web console

Any thoughts as to why I see different results? (Orion 10.1.3)

You have to clear the "Group Historical Data by days" checkbox on the General Tab

You will need to open up a Support Ticket so that we can accurately check between the Web Console and the Report Writer so that we are executing the SQL in the report correctly.

Just had exactly the same issue and this has sorted it for me as well.

Why does this tick box cause the difference?
