is there a way to maintain performance data when you replace a volume. we will be replacing our san soon and I would like to make volumes on the new san and then copy the data over and replace the old san volume with the new. this works I've don it in the past no problem. the problem is that when I do that NPM sees is as a new volume and starts collecting performance Data from scratch. I would like to keep the history because it's useful for things like capacity planning and tracking performance improvements. is there a way that I can make NPM see the new disk as if it where the old disk> i'm assuming this has something to do with disk ID's but I dont see any place to set them or control them
