Average response time alert

I have been looking over the alerts that I have been getting and I am a bit confused. When I look at the average response time (with a 5 min interval) I see the below info for the device.

But in the alerts I only see 1 alert. The reset is set to 100 and the below trigger is configured

So why do I only see 1 alert not three?

I see that my pics did not make it in the post sorry for that. Basically there were three events in the 5 min graph that exceeded 200 each had a subsequent poll of less than 100. But I only received 1 Alert. This happened over a 30 min period of time.

If a given device triggers an alert, it will stay triggered until the reset condition is met. If 200 ms triggers the alert but 100 ms doesn't reset it, then you'll get one alert.

I understand that but in this case there should have been a reset after each trigger. By that I mean when I look at the graph at a 5 min interval I can see the response exceed 200 the drop below 100 three times in a 20 min period but I only received 1 alert.

The trigger is set for average response time but I can not seem to find a clear definition as to what NPM uses for this calc. The online manual states that it is the average response time over the last FEW minutes but does not define what a FEW minutes means.
