What is the difference between Server Process - WMI and Server Browser -WMI

My serve process is yielding results, but server browser is not. Do I even need server browser if I am monitoring server process?

I'm not sure I'm following you. Are you using the Windows Server 2003-2008 templates included in APM? The default template doesn't include monitoring either the "Server" service or the "Computer Browser" service. While the "Server" service is very important, below is the description for the "Computer Browser" service

Computer Browser
Maintains an updated list of computers on the network and supplies this list to computers designated as browsers. If this service is stopped, this list will not be updated or maintained. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.

So this is not a critical service to monitor and in many cases can be safely stopped.
