How do I create a report to pull all Cisco devices name and IOS version?

Step 1: Cisco IOS Report.

Step 2: Cisco IOS Report Filter.
Type: IOS in the Box as shown by the Arrow.

Step 3: Cisco IOS Report Filter Result.
Click on the selected ‘IOS Versions of Cisco Devices’ Report.

Step 4: Run Result of ‘IOS Versions of Cisco Devices Report’ Selected.

Step 5: There are other ways to get the same or similar result using NCM using a Command Line Script.

But this is a SolarWinds OTB (Out The Box) Report that will give you the Cisco IOS Versions of the Cisco Devices currently being Monitored by your SolarWinds Orion Monitoring Platform.
