Send hourly email w/ stats?

I must be really tired today, but is there a simple way to send an alert out via email every hour with the interface bandwith stats for a specific node with like 5 interfaces on it?  For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get a simple alert setup.

why an alert? could you create a report that gives you the info from report writer? then you can set report scheduler to send it to you in what ever creative ways you can get windows task scheduler to run.
