Create a graph/lists showing anyconnect users which has the maximum connections using Python Script

Hi All,
I have a python script that will get the details of any connect users' details using sh vpn- anyconnect command and scrape the output for usernames and IP address and then check for the IP in the sh conn to check which IP has the most connection on Cisco ASA.
I wanted to check if it is possible in solar winds to create a graph/lists using this python script.
If not, any other possible way we can achieve this.
