Any idea when this functionality is likely to be implemented?
The following is the output using your MIB VIEWER utility
CISCO-ENVMON-MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5
Switch#1, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2)Switch#2, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2)Switch#3, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2)Switch#4, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2)Switch#5, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2)
This is a stack of interconnected switches each with its own redunant DC power. The stack of course is managed by a single ip address. This mib is required to view the state of the power environment both ac and dc for each switch. It looks like the mib poller only will grab the first entry in the table. I assume thats what this post was about. When is this issue likely to be addressed?
I have nothing of value to add to the conversation, but like so many other customers I just wanted to say "Me too".
Today I am happy to report this issue was resolved with the help of Solarwinds Tech Support.
MIB CISCO-ENVMON-MIB OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5 is not viewable by itself it is a sequence.
Each element in the sequence is does have its own OID. Orion can Poll these but there is a trick. When you first enter the full OID, the table will reload. When it does it will reset back to 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5 giving the appearance that it will not accept the full OID. but.. If you enter the full OID again it will successfully accept and get the information.
