Web reports page is blank

Hello!

I completed a migration of my SQL server and my orion server yesterday to 2 separate machines. Everything appears to work just fine, with the exception of web reports. For some reason when I click on the reports link in the menu bar it takes me to the reports page, but all the reports options are missing; the page is simply blank.

I have made sure my reports folder is correct (/reports) and I have removed and added the reports option from the menu bar all to no avail.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You probably need to check that the reports migrated to the new server. If not, move them manually.

All of the reports are there in the folder as they should be...

We had this problem a couple of weeks ago and are now seeing it again. To resolve last time, I had to open a support ticket. They remoted in and ran config wizard but I can't remember exactly which options they used.
