I'm flailing.....
Our alert variables are not populating in our alert emails, they were working fine a few weeks ago and now nothing, not sure what could have changed,
The variables in the email subject populate properly, but the ones in the email body do not.
I'm sure is something to do with the way I have it configured, hoping you can point out where...
I've attached a screenshots of the trigger condition, the alert email config and the resulting email.
thoughts, help?
