What Process is Responsible for UnDP?

I am curious which process is responsible for and controls the UnDP?

I am curious because at times our UnDP poller stops working and I am curious which process should be restarted to resolve this?

If I remember correctly, I believe it's the SolarWinds Job Scheduler service. If that service is stopping and starting, take a look at this Thwack thread for a possible cause:
