Node is showing down (red), but it is known to be up.

I have three sites (more specifically Cisco 5505 ASAs) that were down over the weekend. Two of the three sites were visited and were up. I can ping from the server to the ASA, and hosts behind it. I can also click on the node, and edit the resources to show that SNMP is working. What can I do to resolve this?
