This is a newbie question of sorts. I recently starting working with an organization that uses Solarwinds heavily for the bulk of our network monitoring and alerts. Our network provider also actively monitors and provides ROBO calls and emails for that bulk. Also we are gearing up to use Everbridge for notifications of events for equipment that is not actively monitored by the network provider. I am being tasked with linking Solarwinds with Everbridge to initiate those ROBO calls. However, I am still learning about both systems. Has anyone else had experience with something like this scenario?
