can Orion NPM monitor GSM,CDMA,copper wire enabled devices in telecommunications network and if so how???

NPM monitors the various SNMP enabled devices in the network and gets the response

time,status,updates,alerts,reports etc.In the same way does it support retrieving data from GSM,CDMA etc. for

telecommunication networks.

If so how is it done and if it do not support ,what is the product used by telecom networks to monitor and manage the network.
