Custom Map wont display on new web server

I am in the process of upgrading from SL500 to SLX. I have successfully transferred the database to the new box and everything is working just fine.
I have transferred all of my custom maps to the new web site, but they will not display. A typlical error message is
Cannot load Network Map from "C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Network Performance Monitor V7\Maps\POPMap.OrionMap"
The file is in the directory however. Any suggestions
