Unable to upgrade to Orion 9.5 do to incompatible modules

I have reviewed the instatllation intrustion and requirements to upgrade from Orion 9.1 sp5 to Orion 9.5.

I have the APM, NCM, VOIP and Netflow modules install on our system, and all of them have been updated to the lastest offered by Solarwinds.

APM is at version 2.5

Netflow is at 3.1 with sp1 applied

NCM is at 5.5

VoIP is at verision 2.1.

The issue is when i run the Orion 9.5 installer is stalls out and tells me i have incompatible modules and that i should upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the NCM integration module is version 5.1, not 5.0. That's been a common thread in this issue.

I'm having the same issue. It says that I have APM, NetFlow Traffic Analyzer, NCM and VOIP that are incompatible. I had installed APM for demo but removed it months back. I have not even demo'd NetFlow or VOIP. I just upgraded by NCM to 5.5 so I'm not sure what it is complaining about. I have NPM 9.1 SP5, NCM 5.5, IPAM 1.0, and Engineer's Toolset 10.0.

Any word of wisdom?

I have same problem and I have upgraded voip to 2.1 and cm to 5.5/ I can not upgrade integration to 5.5 until I have 9.5 orion. Help

Check your Orion 9.5 install log at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SolarWinds

If it contains the following, then you may have leftovers from an old NCM integration installation (perhaps an eval version):

NCMPluginVersion is [1.00.0000]
...
Entering CompareStringVersions(1.00.0000", "5.1")
..

To resolve this, uninstall "SolarWinds Orion NCM Plugins" from Add/Remove Programs.
