Costom Tooltips for VM

Hi All,

I'm not sure if this the right forum to place my question since I'm new here,i have a question:

I'm using the atlas to create the maps but i have a problem when these maps have Virtual servers and when these servers moved from cluster to cluster "Migration" i have to update the map with the new location for the servers in which cluster its now,so there is any way or tool to keep the maps updated with the location of the virtual servers where its move?

any help is really appreciated.
